Do I need to be using a particular practice management system?
No. The chatbot runs on your website independently of whatever PMS you use. It doesn’t connect into Dentally, SOE, R4 or any other system — it simply captures the enquiry and emails it to your team, so there’s nothing to integrate and nothing to change.
Is it really free?
Yes. The chatbot is free permanently for the first 50 practices that claim it. Alongside it you get a free trial of the full Cubiqcloud CRM; after the trial you can continue on a paid plan or simply keep the free chatbot.
